Join Bachtopus as we celebrate spring with the Brooklyn Accordion Club at the 6/15 Spring Festival Saturday, May 11 (May 12 if it rains). The festival runs from 11-5pm, and our performance starts at 3pm. Live music and activities for the whole family.

Join Bachtopus for a lunchtime snack near Madison Square Park at the The Midday Music Series, which presents a variety of musical artists starting April 30. The half hour concert begins at 12:30 pm. Suggested donation is $6.

April 3, 2019 – Accordion Mixology, Lincoln Center, NYC

Bachtopus performs on day three of Dr. William Schimmel’s week-long residency at the Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center. This interactive day is designed for children and adults alike.

Additional performers include: The Main Squeeze Orchestra, Katrina Yaukey, Charita Patamikakorn, Miwa Gemini, Rachel Swaner, Jennie Muoio, Elaine Yau, Melissa Elledge, Sarah Starpoli, Dr. Denise Koncelik, Rebekah Allen, Micki Goodman, Erica Marie Mancini, Kathryn Andrews, and curator Dr. William Schimmel.

Seating in the Vincent Astor Gallery is available on a first come, first served basis throughout the day from 11am to 5pm. We ask that parents who bring their children to the event remain with them while in the gallery.

December 2, 2018 – Brooklyn Accordion Club Holiday Concert

Are you looking for an incredibly unique and jolly way to celebrate the season? Join Bachtopus and the Brooklyn Accordion Club at Berg’n the first weekend in December to drink brews, sing holiday tunes, and immerse yourself in accordion majesty. This concert will feature accordion soloists and a “MEGA ENSEMBLE” of accordions and other instrumentalists directed by Dr. Denise Koncelik.
